My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the town and attractions but being directly across from the elevator made me feel like my room was not the best pick. The service, however, was fantastic with a warm welcome from various staff members. The dining was satisfactory with a diverse menu, and the facilities offered everything I needed during my stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The indoor balcony in the room was possibly my favorite part, adding a special touch to the experience. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side compared to other places, but still comfortable. However, soundproofing could be improved. The service was exceptional; they even recognized that we were celebrating our anniversary, which made our stay even more memorable. The location is outstanding, right in downtown and just across the street from the Visitor Center, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The breakfast served in the hotel was delicious and fresh, a perfect start to the day.
